Timberline cares about the noise level to you and your neighbors. Because of this we voluntarily impose these restrictions such as reduce noise level from 7-9am on weekdays and all day on weekends for residential properties. We use efficient leaf blowers with low noise output, max rating of 70 dB, and we train our employees to use half throttle on high-powered commercial blowers. The average background noise from street is 65 dB at 10 feet away.

As a real estate investor, what's important to me in looking for a company to entrust my business to is communication and reliability. Timberline Lawn & Landscape delivers those two things in spades. From first contact I received a response within the same day and got a quote on time as promised. The work done on my properties is what was agreed upon, and whenever there was something that causes a change in plans, I get notified and things do not get done without my approval.
The prices are fair across the board and billing is easy, something I enjoy as someone who owns multiple rentals. If I had a question about something, I can easily reach someone and if they have something on their end, they reach out to me as well. For example, inclement weather.
All in all, they make my life easier and for that I am glad.
We used Timberline (under prior ownership) on multiple rental properties weekly for years but cancelled in 2018. Service went downhill after the company was sold around 2016. The lawn care was spotty as different people always showed up, the treatment schedule was inconsistent, communication and accounting was poor, and the owner/manager never could really resolve or prevent problems. With so many landscaping companies out there, I cannot recommend using Timberline at this time.
Response: Yes, this is a real review. As an example, Timberline charged us $900 in August 2018 for weekly services on multiple properties that they neglected to bill in a timely manner as the service was done.
