Because of this we voluntarily impose these restrictions such as reduce noise level from 7-9am on weekdays and all day on weekends for residential properties. We use efficient leaf blowers with low noise output, max rating of 70 dB, and we train our employees to use half throttle on high-powered commercial blowers. The average background noise from street is 65 dB at 10 feet away.

I have been using Timberline for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with a lawn care service. Not only do they do a fantastic job on my yard, working with Richard is very pleasant and you can tell the staff cares about their clients. They have gone above and beyond and it's so easy to sign up for services on the website or make adjustments when needed. They always answer my questions promptly.
This company has horrible customer service and accounting departments. We used them for a year-and-a-half. They would show up to cut the grass in the winter when it wasn’t even growing. I had to call them and tell them to stop cutting it and they still charged us for the visit. In the Spring and Summer months, they changed our service date several times. When they didn’t show up to service the lawn, I contacted them and they said they must have missed us. Then, they sent a text saying I owed over $700 in service fees because they hadn’t been auto-debiting my account. They wanted me to pay the balance in full and I said I couldn’t do that due to being disabled. After jumping through some hoops, they finally said I could pay it out in three payments. I just received another message asking for the payment again. I told them the check already cleared my bank. This is the worst lawn service I’ve ever had! They don’t even have the decency to call up on the telephone to discuss the situation as grown ups! The only form of communication they adhere to is texting and email. Save yourself the hassle and go with another service!
